I typically do not accept returns. This is to avoid becoming a technology loaning library. I test all the products before I ship them to make sure they are in good working order (unless what I am selling is new in a sealed box). I will ship the product within about 1 business day after receiving your payment. I send my deliveries USPS, delivery confirmation with insurance.
